In continuation of my Despatch No. 104 of the 14th. March relating to the question of the liability of the Deutsch Asiatische Bank, Hongkong, to the Direction der Disconto Geselis- -chaft, London, I have the honour to inform you that certain claims have been received by liquidators of German firms here from the Direction der Disconte Gesellschaft, London, in respect of claims against the Hamburg or Shanghai offices of the firms in question. The claims of this nature of which I am aware at present are the following:-
